All Keepsake puppies visit out Veterinarian at 7 1/2 weeks of age for their well visit, first vaccination, microchipping, and fecal. We use Willow Creek Veterinary Service, the puppies are seen by Dr.Gephart DVM  for their exams and a fecal is sent out to the lab, to test for any common parasites.  Below is the form or a very similar one that is filled out by the vet for each individual puppy.
